We're hiring HR Head for our client at Navi Mumbai.
Experience: Min 12-17 years
Industry Preferred: IT/Banking/NBFC/Financial Services
Desired Skill:
· Should have an experience of handling the entire portfolio of Head HR role and responsibilities.
· Strong understanding of IT / IT augmentation / NBFC / Fintech workforce with a proven track record into change management, project transitions & implementation, employee branding & transformation.
· Experience into policy making & strategies along with HR best practices & compliance.
· Demonstrated expertise in dealing with large employee populations and overseeing complex workforce restructuring.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and compliance requirements.
