The theme of the conference is “Mitigating Future Skills Gaps: Progressing Into a Digital World of Work”. Yesterday, during his Keynote Address, YBhg. Dato’ Sri Dr. Mohammed Azman bin Aziz Mohammed, Group Chief Executive Officer of PERKESO addressed the importance of upskilling and reskilling employees, preparing them to face the challenges of today’s fast paced labor market. “Lifelong learning should be the new norm. Business must take an active role in upskilling and reskilling the employees.
