A major issue executives and tech leaders face today: Using AI to drive business without a solid data strategy. According to a recent report from MIT Technology Review, 82% of C-suite executives and senior tech leaders (from a survey of 300) view scaling AI applications as crucial, yet 45% struggle with integrating data effectively. They face challenges that include managing large data volumes, migrating data to the cloud, and providing real-time access. It’s also highlighted that while generative AI could add trillions to the global economy, its success largely depends on having robust data strategies. For industries under tight regulations, data governance and security are especially important, with 44% of respondents marking it as a critical hurdle. The need for scalable and adaptable data management solutions is clear. These solutions make sure our AI technologies can handle today's demands and tomorrow's changes. As leaders, our focus should be on building strong data systems that are both current and future-proof. By ensuring our systems are robust and versatile, we position our organizations to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing marketplace. Link to article: https://lnkd.in/db7E4Bzn #AI #DataStrategy #GenAI
