Well now is the time to put them into the Recruitment Room 101 (the comments) and let go of what really boils your p***. As you can see, mine is the perfect feedback with a candidate that is exactly what a business is looking for, but rather than hiring that person, a client wants one more option "as a comparison" risking the original candidate. Things need to change! Too many great people are being messed around in the Jobs market and every one hiring should put themselves in the shoes of a potential candidate and think "how would I like to be treated in this process?" I always believe in the idea of, as Dan Martell puts it, API, Assume Positive Intent. That people hiring go in with positive intent and somewhere in how busy life gets things get dropped.
