For the fourth consecutive year, we collaborated with Hellas Verona FC. Here are the #results we achieved together: - +139% growth of the #database: thanks to the balance between commercial communications and user profiling, the result was optimal. Better results for e-commerce and more relevant communications for the user, who sees them not as invasive spam but as opportunities to take advantage of promotions that are useful to him. - Growth in #online orders: the increase in the database, combined with the work of analysing the data accumulated over the past few seasons, has allowed us to increase the effectiveness of our work, increasing the number of online orders received. - BENTE60DI Sold-out: The #project dedicated to the fourth special kit created in collaboration with Studio Fantastico and dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Bentegodi Stadium, allowed us to achieve two interesting results. On one hand, the aesthetic cut given to the #product and the presentation campaign proved to be an important asset in terms of positioning, while on the other one the appreciation of the project by the fans also made it a useful asset in terms of orders and turnover, selling out very quickly.

We’re really looking forward to the Paris Olympics but staging such a mammoth sporting event does require forward planning for eCommerce delivery companies. With part of the city inaccessible to delivery vehicles during the games, other ways are needed to ensure customers buying from our eCommerce retail clients continue to receive their parcels. But the plans are indeed in place. Our French final mile delivery partner has liaised directly with COGO (Committee of the Olympic Games Organisation) to understand the impact on deliveries during the Olympic period, which runs from 26th July to 11th August. Plans have included: ✅ Investing in additional cargo bikes, to ensure deliveries can continue, undisrupted ✅ Attaining the relevant licences to be allowed to deliver consignments in restricted areas ✅ Putting new routes in place, to avoid the Olympic teams’ priority lanes. It’s this sort of contingency planning, and liaising closely with our final mile delivery partners, that means our deliveries can continue uninterrupted.
