Myntra: Pathetic service I bought a kurta from Myntra and placed a return request on the same day. I then received a message from Myntra stating that my return request was on hold due to a "quality check failure." Surprisingly, no one had visited my address for a quality check, yet the request was marked as failed. I initially thought it might be a technical glitch, so I filed a complaint with Myntra. After following up 4-5 times (each time initiated by me), I finally received an update on the 7th day through the help center, informing me that Myntra’s investigation team reviewed the case and decided the product could not be returned. 1. Where is it specified on the product page that this item cannot be exchanged or returned? 2. Who visited my address for the quality check? Please share the name of the delivery partner along with a timestamp of the visit. 3. Could I receive a copy of the investigation report? Nandita Sinha Sharon Pais Raghu Krishnananda

This very pathetic service and behaviour by Myntra delivery team. I have ordered a jeans few days ago while it has come and I have checked the size was not fit as shown on website, so I have taken request for return but delivery agent has not come for pickup for parcel and even I have not received any call from agent and they shown it pickup failed without any attempt for pickup the parcel. Then after I have second time taken request for return the product and again they repeat same scenario without attempting pickup the parcel. I want ask that question to Myntra team that what kind of service you are providing this very pathetic behaviour. So I will escalate it to higher level with all social media sites. I want immediate pickup for my return product and also I want my money back and also I want compensation for delay of return and delay of my money which I have not received yet it's going 12 days. Dear Myntra Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration with the unresolved exchange request for my product. I requested an exchange on 8th June, and despite repeated attempts over the last 20 days, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I have encountered several conflicting responses from your team: 1. **Myntra Calling Team:** I was informed that the exchange and return window has closed. 2. **Myntra Chat Team:** I was told that the product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, only returned. 3. **Delivery Team:** I was blamed for not accepting the exchange, resulting in its cancellation. These contradictory updates have caused significant confusion and frustration. I have not been provided with a consistent solution, and it appears the responsibility is being unfairly placed on me. Myntra Support I request an immediate resolution to this issue, specifically: 1. A clear explanation of why the exchange process has failed. 2. A prompt solution to fulfill my original exchange request. 3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused. Myntra Support trust that Myntra values its customers and will address this issue promptly. I look forward to your swift response.

Team Myntra, As discussed with Vikas from CS over a call, I had redeemed my supercoins to buy something specific from Just Herbs but the catalogue just shows one product now which redeemable with the coupon code. Same catalogue had the entire list of products just few hrs back on Sunday 28th till 12 PM I had even selected and added those items to my cart which are now not even visible. This is just a deliberate attempt from Myntra driven by AI to deny customers from utilising the coupons and take advantage. Can this be taken seriously and issue resolved. Also, why you all don’t have option to encash super coins with a lower denomination directly for Myntra credit. Posting this as there is no response to my email on Myntra customer care which doesn’t care. #MyntraNandita# #Myntracustomercare# #Online# #Myntra#

Don’t order anything from Myntra. Here is my experience with a recent order. I requested a replacement, and before the replacement was delivered, Myntra’s delivery team collected my original order product, promising the replacement would be delivered once it arrived for delivery. This happened because the replacement order I placed had the same tracking ID linked to another order, which was also on a replacement request. Since one replacement arrived early, the delivery team collected both due to a logistics issue on their end. When I asked Myntra Support to assist with a resolution, they closed the incident ticket I created in the Myntra Fashion app without resolution, and now no one from Myntra is responding to my complaint. Escalating this issue with Nandita Sinha CEO of Myntra, since the support team at Myntra failed to do their job.

Disappointed with Myntra’s Delivery Service Myntra Myntra Ads Myntra Support Myntra I’m deeply frustrated with the service provided by Myntra regarding an order that was supposed to be delivered on October 9th, yet here we are, days later, with no delivery and no proper response from the team. Despite the shipment being at a nearby location, there has been no effort to deliver or even provide the option to pick it up ourselves.
