1ST INTERVIEW Somewhat rigid and speechless because this looks like an interview session every time looking for a worker, especially in the field of Human Resources. It's not easy being one of the employees under the Department of Human Resources as I experienced on 1/8/2024. At first, I was a little worried about my abilities due to my lack of experience and knowledge regarding Human Resources but I challenged myself to apply for the position, namely as an Executive at the Press Metal company Bintulu Sarawak. And the next day I got an invitation interview from HR Press Metal. That night I prepared what should be used for an interview in terms of internet connection, learning a little bit about the function of HR and the subjects studied while still demanding at UNIMAS. The next day, the interview session starts at exactly 1 p.m. It turns out that the question that will be asked may be about employment law, Sarawak ordinance or minimum wage. Remind me not to go out but to come out but Luck has a little bit of understanding about the question. Though there's been a bit of a blockage in a part that's kind of hard for me, I'm grateful for being able to handle an interview that went well. I am confident and confident that I will enter Press Metal even though the journey is somewhat long but does not break the spirit to pursue the dream of working in a company that is everybody's dream, namely PRESS METAL SDN BHD. #PressMetalBintulu #recruitmentprocess #gainknowlegde #HumanResources

I recently had an unsettling experience with HR departments at both Khan Global and at Physics Wallah. After receiving a call from HR at Khan Global regarding an SME post on April 9th, I promptly attended an interview on April 10th. However, despite numerous follow-up calls on April 11th, 17th, 18th, 23rd, 27th, and 29th, I received no response from the HR department. The last communication I received was that my profile was on hold, leaving me in limbo. Similarly, after a promising interview with the Physics Wallah HR on May 1st, I encountered the same lack of communication. Despite calling on May 7th, I was only instructed to send my resume over WhatsApp. While I understand the pressures HR departments face, timely feedback is crucial for job seekers. Waiting indefinitely without any updates is not only frustrating but also disrespectful of our time and efforts. As job seekers, we deserve prompt and transparent communication to make informed decisions about our future. Let's respect each other's time and efforts in the job search process.
