Today is an important milestone for me - exactly 30 years ago, I graduated as veterinarian from todays Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and what a journey! Some great years in general practice at Kaløvig Dyrehospital, more that a decade at Novo Nordisk with lots of fantastic colleagues - a Master in Laboratory Animal Science and the start of an amazing life science career. A few years with lots of adventures in Singapore - an executive MBA from National University of Singapore and the creation of LarSolution; then several years of transforming Ellegaard Göttingen Minipigs and finally in 2022, going all in with LarSolution and now successfully supporting and facilitating a large number of worldwide life science companies - not least Charles River Laboratories and Research Diets, Inc. - and start-ups in the development of their pipeline, products and services including a focus on high animal welfare standards and a Culture of Care.
