If you're feeling like your cravings are out of control, then here are 3 tips to help you crush those cravings and regain control of your health! Tip 1: Ask yourself if you are hungry enough to eat a vegetable like celery. If you are, time for a meal! If not, you may be emotionally eating. Tip 2: Drink a glass of water and wait 20 minutes. Sometimes thirst is mistaken as hunger. Tip 3: Get enough sleep! Our hormones drive many of our cravings! Not sleeping enough disrupts our hormonal harmony making you more prone to cravings. If this was helpful, then save this post to refer back to later and tag someone in the comments who could also use this advice! P.S., want to know more about our Craving Crusher Program? We often focus on food and what we do when we need to lose weight. In this yo-yo approach to one component of health, we are missing a bigger opportunity. By incorporating positive daily habits such as mindful eating, regular physical activity, effective stress management techniques, prioritizing sleep, and overall self-care, you can achieve more than just weight loss. These daily habits contribute to a holistic approach to health that can improve your focus, energy levels, and overall motivation. Additionally, when you prioritize these habits, you not only see improvements in your weight and metabolic health; but you also reduce the risk of various diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more. Remember, nurturing these habits can lead to long-lasting benefits for both your physical and mental well-being. #headtotoecoaching #healthandwellness #healthylifestyle #weightloss #6millsionreasons #healthcoach #freeconsultation #smallbusinessdenver

Let's talk about a common MYTH in the world of weight loss: skipping meals will help you lose weight faster. This myth couldn't be further from the truth. 🚫 Skipping meals is NOT a sustainable or healthy way to lose weight. When you skip meals, your body goes into 'starvation mode,' which can actually slow down your metabolism. This means your body starts to conserve energy and burn calories more slowly, making it harder to lose weight in the long run. 🥗 Furthermore, skipping meals often leads to intense hunger later in the day, which can result in overeating or making poor food choices🍕 . This cycle can create a pattern of yo-yo dieting, which is detrimental to both physical and mental health. Remember, the key to weight loss and maintaining a healthy weight is not about deprivation but about making informed and balanced choices. 🥗 What other health myths have you come across? Let’s debunk them together! Share your thoughts and questions below. 👇 #healthcoach #mythbusting #healthyeating #balanceddiet"

When will you learn that sometimes doing "everything right" is actually wrong... If you need help or would like to find out more then comment "ready" to learn how my program can help you lose weight, balance hormones, and restore your health. If you are... 🥗 eating clean 💪 going to the gym regularly 🍫 cutting out sugary treats 🍔 not buying takeout ...and still battling to lose weight, balance your hormones, and heal your gut then take my advice! You may be doing the "right" things, but you could mindlessly be doing daily tasks that are causing more damage to your body than you realize Do you... 🍳 Skip breakfast? ☕ Drink coffee as soon as you wake up before eating anything? 💧 Drink under 80oz of water per day? 📱 Use your phone right up to the time you go to bed? 🛌 Get under 8 hours of rest per night? If you do any of these daily, then your hormones and gut are probably suffering.
