Estuary is dreaming for the planet 🌎💭 Dreamers from various professions and disciplines come together to collectively shift the focus from dystopia to hopeful futures within planetary boundaries, with architecture, design and art as the focal point. These dreamers all participate in the platform 'Planetary Dreaming: Designing the Future', anchored at the Royal Danish Academy and initiated by Ida Engholm, Jakob Ion Wille and Morten Meldgaard. The purpose is to explore new pathways and methodologies for shaping a sustainable future through an open-source approach, allowing anyone to contribute their thoughts and dreams. All the gathered knowledge and inspiration serve as a resource for new ways the future can be shaped, culminating in the establishment of a research and development center, which is under development towards 2025. In the network, Estuary is represented by Gry Guldberg, who leads and facilitates the gatherings of the dreamers and contributes to the methodological approach, focusing on creative, sensing and dreaming approaches. The platform's partners include the think tank Mandag Morgen, The National Centre for Public-Private Sector Innovation (CO-PI), and the Danish Design Center, with financial support from the Beckett Foundation and the Danish Arts Foundation. See how a dream session unfolds and hear Ida Engholm and Jakob Ion Wille explain the essence of Planetary Dreaming. #PlanetaryDreaming #RegenerativeLeadership #DreamingforthePlanet

The last episode of the second season of URBINARY 🎧 is out! In conversation with Michela Nota we interviewed Michelangelo Fusi, on the urban regeneration project of "Oltre la Strada" in Brescia. A relevant and successful example of a regeneration project in the outskirt of a medium size city 🏙 . #URBINARY #Regeneration #Brescia #UrbanPlanning #UrbanRegeneration
We're thrilled to introduce our final guest, Michelangelo Fusi, a PhD Student in the course of Civil, Environmental Engineering, International Cooperation and Mathematics at the University of Brescia! He is in conversation with Michela Nota, a PhD student at the University of Brescia and the co founder of COurban Design Collective! They are interviewed by our member Cigognetti Tommaso! Delve into the depths of urban exploration with Michelangelo as we discuss his Master thesis “A call as an opportunity of renewal. The case of Brescia and the Oltre la Strada project”. They discussed with us a niche but relevant topic: the effects that national funds and calls dedicated to urban regeneration have on the population and the administration itself. They observed the experience of an Italian middle size city: Brescia. 🌍✨ Join us as we unravel the complexities of urban heritage preservation through Karolina's insightful lens! Find the episode here: https://lnkd.in/dPGSz9ww 🎧 And a huge shoutout to DILIP Pareek for capturing the essence of the episode with such excitement and creativity! #URBINARY #UrbanExploration #regeneration #Brescia #CityDevelopment #oltrelastrada #PolitecnicodiMilano #UrbanPlanning #PodcastEpisode #StayTuned
