In 2024, men's mental health remains a critical issue in Scotland, with 20% of men experiencing mental health conditions. Despite these numbers, stigma often prevents men from seeking help. Research highlights an interesting communication difference: men tend to sit shoulder to shoulder, engaging side by side, while women sit face to face, facilitating more direct conversations. This impacts how men express their feelings and seek support. Creating environments where men feel comfortable talking about their mental health is essential. Encouraging activities, such as sports or group projects, can provide a more conducive setting for men to open up. #MentalHealth #MensMentalHealth #Scotland #MentalHealthAwareness #SupportEachOther #HRC
