Day 159 - THE ACT OF SEQUESTRATION By Pyamene Abraham People spend more time on the outside and little or no time on the inside. Howbeit, it is important we spend time with people, but we Shouldn't underestimate the necessity of sequestering when need be. Life itself is inside-out. That you are alone, doesn't necessarily mean you are lonely. You can be alone and yet very productive and you can be in the midst of people, yet very lonely and unproductive. It is paramount we know time to sequester and time to mingle. Most of the greatest ideas and decisions that engineered transformation are traceable to the period of sequestration. That's why men with great ideas will open up that most ideas were gotten while they were alone, most times in the toilet, because that time, they were alone. There are so many distractions and noise in the world today, people no longer meditate, the moment you want to focus, everything yet undone will run into your head to distract you, but you have to shut all out and remain focus, maintaining inner silence and concentration. There could be alot noise and distractions on the inside just as we have on the outside. No matter the challenges, know when to be alone and when to be actively with people. He that knows when to shut up and when to speak up will never be shutdown in his lifetime. See you at the top.
