What does Friday mean to you? For me, it's not just about kicking off the weekend and taking a breather. Of course, I love the feeling of slowing down, but Friday is also my time to rewind and reflect. I take a moment to look back on the week—what did I learn? What did I accomplish? What moments brought me joy, and which ones challenged me? It’s my way of celebrating progress, no matter how big or small. But it's also about setting the tone for the upcoming week—where do I want to go from here? What goals will I carry forward? So while it's tempting to let Friday be just another day to crash, I like to use it to reflect, and recharge. How about you? I chose where I was going to put my energy. 2. Being totally absorbed in a task. Flow happens when your skills are fully involved in overcoming a challenge that drives you. Get in the flow! 3. Helping yourself by helping others. This time focused on others gives me clarity, energy and purpose. 4.
