VP Denim Design Ariat International | Creative Leadership Coach

Sometimes we have to slow things down so we can speed them up. I get it, deadlines are everywhere. You want to set a great example and be at your best. But… How would you actually define being at your best? For some of my clients it means having mental space to concentrate, more energy for collaborating, and more connection for building relationships. So what’s getting in the way of that? Let me guess: you’re not making time for those things when you’re bouncing from one thing to the next. So let me ask you something: How would you feel if you had the time for those things? I heard it from many senior leaders. They tell me they’d feel valued and valuable. So what could you accomplish if you felt valued? Would you take things to the next level: your team, your career, the product you work on? It sounds simple but, a lot of times, simple is the most difficult thing to do. That’s why our work together consists of giving you the tools to press pause when it counts the most. How would your day (or week) be different if you found moments to slow down? Drop me a DM and we can explore that together.
