I wish we didn't live in such a capitalistic society most times. I wish that airlines could facilitate evacuations.... for example: if you're under an evac order, your flight out of the area is a nominal fee, and your return flight, to the same airport, is $100 (or less?) within, say, a 21 day window. I hear and see so many people say that they can't evacuate because they have no where to go, or that family is too far. imagine the literal life saving measure this could be. Work on it, airlines.
