What if you started today? Part of pain recovery is to accept that you can't change the past and that focusing on the past 'failures' will keep you stuck there You can start your recovery from pain TODAY, right now Understanding how your thoughts about the past impact your present pain is important because they can be the key to moving forwards But letting these thoughts consume you or believing that your past experience is evidence of your future will hold you back Your brain decides on whether you should experience pain, how much pain and where you feel it Your thoughts can applify or turn up your pain volume or it can turn it down You are in control - you just need someone who understands to guide, coach & support you
