What if you started today? Part of pain recovery is to accept that you can't change the past and that focusing on the past 'failures' will keep you stuck there You can start your recovery from pain TODAY, right now Understanding how your thoughts about the past impact your present pain is important because they can be the key to moving forwards But letting these thoughts consume you or believing that your past experience is evidence of your future will hold you back Your brain decides on whether you should experience pain, how much pain and where you feel it Your thoughts can applify or turn up your pain volume or it can turn it down You are in control - you just need someone who understands to guide, coach & support you

From my experience of working with several business Leaders, one of the root causes of many emotional issues, which is often overlooked, is the need of a heart-healing. I am not talking about the physical heart, though long-standing energy blockages of the heart can lead also to physical symptoms. The thing is: all the painful instances of hurt, trauma, rejection, criticism, self-loathing are like, dark clouds or "frozen energy", which are blocking our life-force energy flow. Sometimes the so-called "heart walls" are formed, which is a way to protect ourselves from being hurt again. As a result, there is a disconnection to our true essence and heart desires. And a genuine and intimate connection with other people is often quite complicated! Quantum Energy support and inner Awareness can be the true Solution/Soulution!🌟 Yesterday I shared here a short video on heart-healing. If you are ready to take a deep dive into your heart-healing, DM me!💞 #quantumenergyalchemist #soulbasedcoach #hearthealing

What Do You Choose When You’re in Pain? When life gets tough, we face a choice: do we let the pain hurt us, or do we let it change us? There are two kinds of pain in this world—pain that breaks us down and pain that shapes us into something stronger. Think about it. What happens based on what you choose? What goes through your mind during this process? How do you reason it out? What do you learn from your pain? And where should you focus your energy if pain is just an outcome? The ultimate question is: What do you gain from it? Reflect on this and share your thoughts! If you found this helpful, please share it with someone who might need this message today. Let’s help each other grow through life’s challenges. DM to 9444611067 for 1 to 1 discovery session. I heard a story about a young man who was so consumed by a breakup that he couldn’t focus on anything! He went to a wise woman who asked him a simple question- What was your problem 5 problems ago? He replied - I honestly cannot remember! The wise woman said - this too will eventually land where all those other ones did! It’s funny how, in hindsight, those “𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀” were just temporary bumps that we thought we could or would never get over! Our emotions can spiral, but grounding ourselves helps! A few deep breaths, wise counsel, dealing & healing & letting go of what we can’t control! It works if we work on it! Not always how we expect, but it always works—sometimes even better than we imagined! Life is a series of doors opening & closing, bringing both challenges & growth! Change is constant & we are safe in that! What was your problem 5 problems ago - I seriously cannot remember mine! Probably not as big as I thought even though it probably felt that way at the time! Whatever you are facing right now - In time, it will also be another story in your rear view mirror! “The problem is not that there are problems” writes American psychiatrist Theodore Rubin! “The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem.” #ChangeIsGood #Growth #LetItGo #TrustTheProcess

❗As a trauma + recovery coach my intent is to... NOT diagnose you, rather I focus on three things👇 ✨Awareness: knowing where we are and that change must occur! An example is, "There's a mess!" ✨Acceptance: this is the stage in which honest examination occurs. For example, "When/how did this mess occur?" ✨Action: this is the stage in which we create actionable steps towards living a better life. Example; "I am going to grab the broom & dust pan and clean up this mess!" Seems simple right? Well, sort of. You see, often times we know that we are in the awareness stage and need to make changes. This awareness can bring about sudden guilt/shame and discomfort, so we immediately jump to the action stage. This is why we tend to see people who have honest intentions to get their lives on track, continuously make the same mistakes repeatedly. They never seem to break the cycle. 💔 It's not as simple as knowing there is a mess and it needs to be cleaned up. We need to understand why the same mess keeps occurring. As your coach, I guide you through each of these stages - knowing how crucial they are to your overall growth and success. 🌱 DM me 💭 if you are ready to break the cycle and start healing. ❤️🩹 #advocate #advice #motivation #coach

Pain changes you – for good or for bad. Over the years, I have worked with many people in the field of family and business. Most of the people have experienced some kind of pain – emotional or mental. This pain has shaped who they are today. How do you process pain? How do you even deal with pain? In my opinion, dealing with pain doesn’t come with a manual. We, as humans, don’t even know how to see pain. Understanding, assessing and dealing with pain is critical for humanity. When pain is rightfully deal, it becomes a motivation or a drive (even if anger-led). When pain is not dealt with, it may become anger – and not the useful one. If you have undealt pain, I would suggest you to step out and seek a coach. A coach whom you can trust and speak with. Start small. Book 2-3 conversation, but start somewhere. #pain #dealingwithpain #coach

This may seem controversial, but part of healing includes understanding the role you played in your suffering. Here's why. 👇 Self-accountability means taking control over your own life as your life is ultimately the result of your actions. Now this does not mean that unforeseen occurrences do not play a role in our choices, but it is important to note that our response is always our own despite them. Accountability promotes self-awareness and self-reflection. Instead of consistently blaming people, things, or the like for your suffering - begin to understand the role you played and the actions you can take going forward. Pain is a normal part of life. People will hurt you. Things will upset you. Loss can crush you. Acknowledge it and give yourself permission to sit in it...but only for a moment. It won't be easy because our ego will do anything to protect itself. But it is crucial in our overall growth and development. #selfdevelopment #lifecoach #advice #healingjourney #growth If you are someone you know is struggling and looking for guidance, visit the link below ⬇ coachingbychandi.com 💓

Is OCD Hiding What You’re Really Struggling With? "Sometimes, the mind creates distractions to keep us from facing what hurts the most. True healing comes when we dare to look deeper." I had a session with a client yesterday, struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Her daily life was consumed by repetitive behaviors and constant anxiety. But here’s what struck me: when we peeled back the layers, we realized that her OCD wasn’t the real issue. Underneath the obsessive thoughts, the core belief that kept surfacing was: “I’m not good enough.” Her mind had found a way to distract her from this painful story, creating rituals and compulsions as a protective shield. But the more she focused on those behaviors, the more the real wound—the belief that she was unworthy—was left unaddressed. Key Insight: OCD is often a shield, distracting from deeper emotional wounds. What’s the real story? For my client, it wasn’t about control; it was about feeling like she didn’t deserve more. Healing starts when we address the core: Only when she started working on her belief of self-worth did the obsessive thoughts begin to loosen their grip. Are your habits or compulsions protecting you from facing the deeper issue? What’s the real message your mind is trying to shield you from? It’s time to stop letting distractions control your life. Ask yourself: What’s the story beneath the surface? "I am worthy just as I am." Begin healing by confronting what really lies beneath. Ready to change your life by changing your mindset? Connect with us for a personalized coaching session where we’ll explore what’s holding you back and how to transform your inner beliefs for a better reality. #HealingJourney #OCDRecovery #Counseling #MentalHealthAwareness #SelfWorth #YouAreEnough #TherapyWorks
