Today is International Day of Persons with Disabilities. A day to celebrate the growing community of disabled people around the world. One of those communities is #neurodiversity, now 1 in 7 globally. A new research study by EY, shares how technology is changing experience for neurodiverse in the workplace. The results, while early are overwhelming. 91% saw copilot and AI as a game-changing assistive tool, and 85% believe it creates a more inclusive workplace. Kayla Patterson gave a beautiful example of how this is making a difference in her life as a neurodiverse marketeer. Grateful to her, to all those with neurodiversity and disabilities who work every day to build and use products. It is truly inspiring to see how generative AI can empower individuals with diverse needs, fostering equity and opportunity. We are just at the beginning of this journey, and I am excited to see how technology will continue to be a force for good.
