Fundraising channel trends captured this year by the European Fundraising Association (EFA) showed greater diversity than ever in fundraising channels. Social media, websites and email topped the list of most favoured channels, but most noticeable growth was seen in face-to-face fundraising as it rose to #4, overtaking mail and telephone from the previous year. As the cost of living crisis continues, regular supporters are making tough decisions about their ability to continue giving at this level. F2F not only helps refresh and grow this supporter pool quickly and efficiently, but does so through genuine human connection that most often leads to long-term supporter relationships.
