2moCheers to pasteurization; and here’s to an end of so-called “craft” utilizing sanitation chemicals in products that do not have the inherent stability of traditional beers. Small beers have a fine history over millennia but were brewed to be immediately consumed; not widely distributed and collecting dust on store shelves.
