The going back to the roots movement will happen, eventually.
Think about it- in a world of bite-sized content, 10 minute deliveries and School of Life’s ‘5 minute introduction’ to philosophy, how shallow, lethargic and mainstream our ideas will become.
In such a scenario, what will stand out is going indepth. Being curious enough to jump down every rabbit hole one can think of.

Where the measure of productivity is often time-bound, instead of quality bound.
Taste, I believe is cultivated. Anyone can give a minute long snippet of Fermi Paradox.
Its your onus to beat the noise and go indepth- which for me was watching Villeneuve’s Arrival, contemplating our tiny existence and then sitting in the discomfort of knowing we aren’t probably the smartest species on the planet and are really running it to the ground.
All in good intent, of course. Roads to hell are often paved with them.
