Three humble pieces of advice UVA President James Ryan, if you please. Thanks kindly for the opportunity to comment Sir. Hopefully helpful. Peace and blessings to all. Take care. 1) When you encounter a problem, spend 4/5 of the allotted time in contemplative thought, and the remaining portion in enthusiastic execution (keen Einstein insight). 2) Proactively seek opportunities to empower all along your journey. No one remembers if you graduated number one in the class. They remember if you were a kind soul, a competent professional and a helpful teammate. 3) Please do not concentrate on securing the "best" job post-graduation. Instead, please focus your objective on working for/with the "best" boss and colleagues. The positional title and monetary compensation do not provide meaningful satisfaction, whereas a supportive work environment focused on critical projects is incomparably enriching.
