Hard to believe in ~90 days I'll hit my 13-year anniversary of entrepreneurship. From slinging websites and SEO services in 2011... to eventually selling online courses, coaching programs, growing a SaaS company, multiple eCommerce brands, and more. It's been a wild ride, and one of my goals this year is to get more active on platforms like LinkedIn, sharing my experience and knowledge with others. So today I start... I've worked with thousands of new and existing entrepreneurs in some capacity over the years, and I want to share 3 skills that you MUST understand, accept, and obtain if you want to have any chance of sustainable online business growth. I've found these to be universal across almost all industries and businesses. 1. The Ability to ADAPT: The digital world changes FAST. You better be able to adapt, without losing sight of core concepts and principles. 2. The Ability to CONVERT: Converting prospects into customers... and the systematic approach to content creation and distribution to generate these prospects in the first place. 3. The Ability to EXECUTE: More specifically, efficient execution of the marketing strategies and business processes that actually matter, and the wisdom to know which don't. The internet is one giant rabbit hole, filled with shiny objects. If you aren't careful, you'll find yourself getting distracted and playing "musical chairs" with different growth strategies (ask me how I know 😉 ).
