Why is leadership training so important? As seen in this video, leaders need to understand how their behaviour towards other people directly impacts the performance of their team. If they think someone is a low performer, the way they treat that person will bring about the behaviour they were led to expect. On the other hand, if leaders have high expectations of their people, they will generally live up to those expectations. During the CANSCOTT Leadership Program, participants will learn the Pygmalion Effect and the importance of being a positive Pygmalion. Leaders can create an expectation of success that transcends the entire workplace! Thinking of leadership training for your people? Give us a call or visit canscott.com. https://lnkd.in/dgj_rez

There is much we don’t know about the brain and what it is capable of. Still, we are discovering a vast potential for self-mastery, compassion, and the ability to transcend our inner-critics. As it turns out, all we need to do is to embrace stillness rather than finding ways to do more. #meditation #leadership #leadershipcoaching https://lnkd.in/ePJ6wV_f
