In their collaborative endeavours within the men's behaviour space, Comunicare has praised WACOSS for their consistent engagement in celebratory behaviour and utilisation of power and control tactics. This association, however, exhibits bias by unfairly excluding Aboriginal Community Controlled Organizations (ACCOs) such as the Aboriginal Males Healing Centre (AMHC) from opportunities to deliver culturally appropriate, trauma-informed residential healing and well-being services for Aboriginal males in the Pilbara region. The lack of inclusion has resulted in Communicare's establishment of a monopoly in the residential men's behaviour change sector in Western Australia through its "breathing space" program. Simultaneously, WACOSS continues to offer steadfast support and advocacy. It is foreseeable that the influential standing of WACOSS and Communicare as powerbrokers with the current government will secure substantial funding for the "breathing space" program while numerous ACCOs, such as the AMHC, struggle to obtain support. The prevailing stereotype perpetuates the notion that Aboriginal men eschew tea consumption and that black male leadership is often misinterpreted as "angry," even though our passion is primarily focused on addressing human rights violations. Furthermore, when we assert expertise on objective and subjective matters, we are unjustly labelled as "emotional and toxic." These actions are indicative of the utilisation of white vulnerability tactics to stifle and discredit black male knowledge while simultaneously positioning white female and male individuals as the ultimate authorities. Establishing environments that facilitate uninhibited self-expression and recognition of individuals for their expertise and contributions is a pivotal step toward fostering a more inclusive and just society. Through candid discourse, education, and advocacy, we can confront preconceptions and endeavour to comprehend and honour the varied experiences and identities of all individuals. Open dialogue, education, and advocacy are indispensable tools for confronting biases and embracing diverse human experiences and identities. Through these concerted efforts, we can strive towards a society where diversity is not merely tolerated but actively celebrated.

Some families of ours are just running their lives into the ground through replays of Vaudeville acts maybe, I wonder? But in Vaudeville, no one really got hurt. The Frankensteins and Zombies these days are incorporating trafficking and murder into their Vaudeville low talent acts now, as also did Mike The Cop from The Abbott and Costello skits being totally unaware or absolutely sadistic with Costello, being indifferent to all the injustices and torture being done on Abbott's partner now. Even the Judges, politicians and Borderline Disordered Flying Monkeys and Harlots are involved too. What kind of education is going on at the Colleges these days now? Who are these students anyway? What are all these families doing, if not causing Treason against America and it's people now. Any why are there so much crimes against humanity now being caused by many of our families now?

Economic stability is key to health. Wealth disparities that overburden communities of color are a root cause of minority health disparities. As we celebrate the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health #MinorityHealthMonth, and its theme of addressing the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) that drive health disparities, we lift up our partner Aaron E. Henry Clinic (AEH), a Federally Qualified Health Center, and their community partners in Clarksdale, Mississippi for building person- and family-centered solutions to foster economic equity to drive health equity. AEH serves the rural Mississippi Delta, an area marked by deep intergenerational poverty and racial inequality across sectors that create racial, health, and social disparities. Since late 2022, AEH has worked with Southern Bancorp, a certified Community Development Financial Institution, to secure funding, design, and launch a patient care delivery model that promotes universal coordinated access to comprehensive resources to address SDOH, with an emphasis on economic stability, mobility, health, and wellness. Did you hear KOSA and COPPA 2.0 were passed in the US senate? The Kids Online Safety and Privacy Act (KOSA) represents a significant legislative effort aimed at enhancing the safety and privacy of children and teenagers online. KOSA imposes a legal obligation on online platforms to take "reasonable" measures to protect minors from various online harms such as bullying, sexual exploitation, drug promotion, and mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. - Platforms are required to set the highest privacy settings by default for minors. - They must also facilitate easy deletion of personal data and manage the time minors spend on the service. - The act mandates parental control features that allow parents to monitor their children's privacy settings, and account activities, restrict purchases, and manage screen time. - Platforms must prevent unknown adults from contacting minors or accessing their personal information and limit the sharing of minors' geolocation data. - Social media platforms are required to allow minors to opt out of algorithm-based recommendation systems or at least restrict the categories of recommendations. Alongside KOSA, the Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA 2.0) was also passed. This act expands the original 1998 COPPA law by extending privacy protections to teenagers up to 16 years old. Prohibiting targeted advertising directed at children and teenagers. Mandating data deletion and creating a new division within the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) focused on youth marketing and privacy.

📝 October 24th: A decision and a deeper reflection on representation. The Austin City Council’s 10-1 vote to pass the police union contract sent ripples through the city — a city that, at its heart, should be defined by *every* voice, not just the privileged few. As was pointed out during the meeting, working-class people — those who fuel our community day in and day out — often can’t afford to show up at council meetings held at times that only cater to those with financial freedom. We end up hearing mostly from business elites and those with connections, creating an echo chamber that doesn’t reflect the true Austin. And yet, when public safety is discussed, the term should be broad enough to include everyone: Ms. Gonzalez, who lost her son to APD; the countless sexual assault survivors who stand before the council, vulnerable and brave, pleading for recognition and justice. This vote, and the way it was conducted, serves as a stark reminder that we must push for representation that goes beyond polished suits and business interests. We need a city where policy decisions reflect the voices of those who can’t easily be there to advocate for themselves — a city where public safety means safety for *all*. We owe it to our community to do better, to ensure that no one is left out of these conversations, and to redefine what public service really looks like. #AustinForAll #CommunityFirst #RepresentationMatters #EquityInAction
