My mindset to create unique ability, get niched, and create impact - as when we do this the competition dissipates. We are irreplaceable and unable to replicate. I imagine this is the space of the big idea you speak of Jess?

This is awesome Jess Sato! But, I'm curious, how do you know if you're "Big idea" is any good? What if your big idea isn't as "big" as you thought? How do you figure this out and dial it in?

Could not agree more Jess Sato. It's so easy to lose sight of what we stand for and get caught up in the details.

I'm currently working on my big idea and it's fun. As a person who loves to teach and inspire, it's often difficult for me to stick to one big idea. But I'm definitely learning the importance of this.
