Indeed. I always finding it notable that the form of a will a ‘substantially wealthy’ person has is often strikingly similar to the type of will a ‘less wealthy’ person has. But they are, of course, ultimately trying to achieve similar things (provide for loved ones in a suitably controlled, protected, clear and certain fashion) with their own estate planning.
