What’s your favorite project management system? I love Asana :) Working with teams is always such a joy and when you have a structured meeting 📅 things actually get done! Thus… traction actually happens and we stop talking and start taking…. ACTION! One of my favorite ways of creating accountability without micromanaging, is using a project management system. By accurately recording to-do items and delegating them to the team during our meetings, everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and by when. This not only ensures that tasks are completed efficiently, but also fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility within the team. Something I’ve always been a fan of is a good ol’ to do list. Back in the day it was old-school pen and paper. Now I use a hybrid of pen and paper and Asana.
