Shooter is the leading genre of the VR gaming market. But VR is the future. And we believe it should convey universal human values. Family, leisure, healthy competition, active lifestyle. How can VR provide a friendly, fun and engaging experience for a whole family? A truly inclusive game should be 100% nonviolent, multi user, perfect for families and friends. A good VR game needs to be active and match the global trend for a healthy lifestyle shooter. Fans would say it's no fun if we don't get to kill. Killer tennis will prove that wrong. Killer Tennis is an original VR multi user game. As if Tennis and Dodgeball had a hybrid love child. Two to four players with tennis rackets clash in a battle Royale aiming to knock each other out with balls. Killer Tennis suits all audiences perfectly. No matter the age or physical skills, the game requires 0 learning curve. Just take your friends, put on headsets, choose avatars and you're in the players. Dive into a stylish synth wave World 80s. Fans will be thrilled by the retro futuristic aesthetics, VHS tapes, sunsets and neon lights. Don't worry if you're not a tennis player. We've experimented with real life tennis techniques and developed a system of invisible automatic aiming. It assists the process but does not kill the thrill. We wanted to ensure players were motivated and excited, so we experimented with the mechanics a lot to find the perfect balance between challenge and quick wins. Bonuses are the killer feature of the game. They flash around changing the game play, all of a sudden upgrading balls or rackets. Have you ever played tennis with a fish or a frying pan? You can do anything in VR, so why not make it fun? All the assets are custom made via Blender and Substance Painter. We aimed at excellent optimization and aesthetics. Killer Tennis matches all requirements of the location based VR market. It's easy to launch and manage by the arcade operators. It is optimized to avoid any latency during the game. Fluid gameplay is crucial. Although the gaming sessions are short, the gameplay ensures high engagement and retention. Killer Tennis fits the concept. Easy to learn and hard to master. Players are engaged from the very first seconds. While competing, they work out their winning strategies. It drives them. Killer Tennis is an LBE VR experience; it’s distributed across VR arcades in malls and entertainment centers. It’s a crucial factor that influences a lot of decisions during the production process. We’ve got solid experience of collaborating with LBE platforms; lately we’ve been partnering with Synthesis VR Inc and SpringboardVR . Here are a few core requirements we follow when we create LBE titles, and Killer Tennis specifically: 🏓 Zero learning curve & quick launch Killer Tennis is a multiplayer game for families and friends. When people visit arcades, they don’t have time to watch long interactive tutorials. They can’t wait to play, so we should give them this opportunity with an easy quick launch. Just a few moments in the waiting room until all players put on headsets, and you’re good to play! 🏓 No latency The game should be impeccably smooth from the technical point of view. Otherwise, it’s simply not a good fit for this gaming format. 🏓 Fluid gameplay We want players to come back for more and experiment with winning strategies.
