We’re making significant investments in lower-emissions opportunities – real projects with real growth potential, like our low-carbon hydrogen project that, when complete, will deliver ~10% of the Biden administration’s goal for clean hydrogen production by 2030. 2. We choose investments that align with what we do best – subsurface technology, hydrocarbon processing, large-scale projects – which gives us an edge. 3. The technologies we’re advancing – carbon capture and storage, hydrogen, and others have huge total addressable market potential over the next 25 years and beyond. It’s a big day of data for the #hydrogen industry. The Hydrogen Council’s Hydrogen Insights 2024 and McKinsey & Company’s Global Energy Perspective provide a mix of both optimism and concern.
