Head of AI @ Deloitte

In an interview with VentureBeat, Emilia David and I discussed the state of GenAI, LLMs, and one of my favorite current subtopics – AI agents.     If you’re unfamiliar with AI agents, here’s a quick TLDR: AI agents are trained on your preferences to do whatever digital task you need. A simple email example of tasks include: scanning inboxes, categorizing emails, developing custom emails, and flagging urgent messages.     Agents also interact across departments, facilitating communication and deal flow while flagging discrepancies more quickly than its human counterparts. The enterprise application potential and value-add are incredible and especially as agents become more autonomous.     Despite the uncapped potential, there's a lot of trust, governance, and control standards that needs to be figured out, especially for cross-system integration. Only time will tell how this plays out (according to my AI Agent!).    Check out the article for more on the future of GenAI, AI Agents, and their application potential in enterprise environments.
