Better Late Than Never! My Emcon Update.... We’ve been so busy, but couldn't miss sharing a successful trip to Emcon a few weeks ago! I had a fantastic time wandering around, catching up with familiar faces, and making some valuable connections. Plenty of coffee appointments lined up! Networking isn't just about saying hello—it's about building relationships, discovering new opportunities, and gaining insights that drive growth. It was great to be back after 2 years since we last exhibited. Emcon is always a brilliant opportunity for networking, and this year was no exception. Already looking forward to the next one! #Emcon #Networking #Lean6Services #BusinessConnections #IndustryEvents #CatchUp #ContinuousImprovement

What are your plans at #LT24UK this week? The Learning Technologies Exhibition & Conference is a big place with a lot going on and, if like me, you're staying London for the event, knowing where to go and what to do around the event can be tricky. Luckily, The Learning Network has you covered! We'll be running an early meet-up at the Costa in the Excel Centre from 7 AM. Coffee is being kindly provided by industry partner Colossyan. Swing by to get your day started with some casual networking. We'll then be running our annual day-one social at The Windjammer. This is an opportunity for a few drinks, some lite0bites, and a lot of #networking. Finally, if you're on the hunt for something specific in the exhibition, swing y the Colossyan booth first thing. We've created a vendor profiling tool to help you have effective conversations with vendors throughout the event. Shout out to my new colleagues, Didara Abdirakhman, Yaroslava Tensina, and Douglas Holmes, for working with me to create this resource. I'm obviously biased, but I think it's a great start. What are your plans for LT this week? #LearningAndDevelopment #LearningTechnology #EdTech

💡 People are the driving force! ⚡️ I just returned from ONUG and US Networking User Association (PA)NUG and I'm reminded why our industry is special. While the talks were incredible, it wasn't just the cutting-edge demos and "this" framework or "that" framework that makes these events great, it's the people. From FINALLY getting to meet a long time collaborator and friend, John Capobianco in person, getting to meet and connect with newer industry superstars like Alexis Bertholf, connecting with new members of my team, and launching Alkira, Inc. ZTNA, one thing is for sure: Technology brings us together, but it's the people who transform these events from lectures into lasting connections 🤝 #ArtificialIntelligence #MachineLearning #CloudComputing #NetworkEngineering #Event #Connections #Technology

Unlock the Secrets of Successful Government Contracting with SOFWERX Navigating the maze of government contracting can be daunting for innovators and businesses looking to collaborate with military and government entities. The problem often lies in understanding the myriad processes and opportunities that exist to showcase transformative technologies and engage with government stakeholders effectively. Did you know that SOFWERX, in partnership with the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), facilitates various events designed to bridge the gap between innovative technology and military needs? Events like Tech Tuesdays provide a platform for innovators to connect directly with government decision-makers, offering a unique opportunity to present game-changing capabilities in a structured environment. To make the most of these events, consider participating in SOFWERX's diverse innovation sprints and showcases: 1. **Tech Tuesdays**: Submit your innovative technology for a chance to present it during a 30-minute slot. This is your opportunity to engage in a dialogue with a varied group of government stakeholders and demonstrate the potential impact of your innovation. 2. **Innovation Foundry Events**: Collaborate with futurists and experts from various sectors to brainstorm and develop strategic solutions to future challenges faced by Special Operations Forces (SOF), such as in the "Smart Cities – Future Challenges for SOF" event. 3. **STEM Showcase**: If you're focusing on building the future STEM workforce, take part in events that inspire the next generation of innovators and scientists. Share your expertise, provide demonstrations, and open doors for educational and career opportunities. By actively participating in these events, you enhance your visibility among key decision-makers and position your innovations as solutions to pressing challenges in defense and government sectors. How do you think participating in an event like Tech Tuesday at SOFWERX could transform your business's approach to government contracting? Earlier this week we hosted a webinar on how to prepare for and get the most out of #ILTACON, during which Cheryl Wilson Griffin, Chris Ford and Nicola Shaver share tips, tricks, and lessons learned from years of attendance. During the webinar, a few of the viewers shared their own tips, which we thought were great. We've gathered all of that excellent info into one handy-dandy guide to ILTACON, equally useful to vendors as it is to attendees. #legaltech
