📖🌐 Rip Van 2023 In Review 📖🌐 We've had some time to reflect on our growth trajectory over last year and in so doing we've summarized '23 into 4 key highlights: 1. TEAM: We've scaled our team to 50+ people, having made 23 hires across the year. 👬👭 2. SKU's: We launched 11 SKU's in a 12 month window and expanded into 2 additional product lines! 🍪🍬 3. DISTRIBUTION: With our omni-channel growth focus, we've been able to add an additional 9500 doors across the US. 🚂🚂 4. SUGAR REDUCTION: Most importantly, we were able to reduce sugar consumption in America by 2.82 million pounds! 🇺🇸 Thank you to the Rip Van team, our customers, industry partners and our loyal consumers for making 2023 a success! This year our focus, similarly will be on innovation, distribution expansion & sugar reduction 🤓🚀🚀

✨ Reflecting on an Amazing Event We Had Last Wednesday 🎨 Participants explored the powerful topic of unlocking their potential through NeuroGraphica® and the Professional Success Power Cards. At the start of the workshop, each participant received a card from the Professional Success Power Cards set, setting the tone for their journey and providing unique guidance throughout the process. Here are some highlights shared during and after the NeuroGraphica® drawing session: 🌟 Pain Relief/Headache/Tension: One participant shared that there was a physical pain before starting the drawing, but by the end, the pain was completely gone. Another participant noted feeling calmer after dissolving the catharsis, although some tension or headache lingered and by the end of the process, even these symptoms had disappeared. 🌟 Taking Action: Every participant identified the first step they would take to unlock their potential—turning insights from the drawing into an actionable plan. Thank you to everyone who joined and embraced this journey with openness and curiosity. I can’t wait to see the amazing things you’ll achieve! 💫

Visit the Mubea factory was truly inspiring for me. I love such meetings. With people who know what they want to and know define assigement pretty well and value data and good stable solutions. Start with the smallest pain, expand to bigger visions slowly. This is the best approach.
