📢❗️News ❗️📢 💡Extended data from our phase 2 EMPhASIS trial of vidofludimus calcium in relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis has been published in the peer-reviewed journal Neurology® Neuroimmunology & Neuroinflammation. Our comprehensive stroke center here in Örebro was founded in 2021. Since then, we have been dedicated to optimizing the stroke pathway to provide the best care possible for our patients. To achieve this optimization, we: • Introduced a structured prehospital triage with possibility for stroke code activation • Prioritized the availability of DT-P for patients with ischemic stroke • Considered the possibility of thrombectomy for patients with large vessel occlusions and distal vessel occlusions (with handicapping symptoms) We are proud to have achieved a higher-than-average effectivity with our stroke code; the ability to make decisions more quicky has resulted in an almost 35% reduction in DIDO time. We are also able to detect a higher volume of eligible patients, further helping to reduce the stroke burden. #Neurointervention #Neurology #Thrombectomy #Stroke
