🎄 Wrapping Up Q4 and Embracing the Holiday Spirit 🎄 As Thanksgiving fades into cherished memories and we gear up for the Christmas season, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey of this year. 2024 has been full of challenges, growth, and countless opportunities to connect and collaborate with amazing clients and partners. The hustle of Q4 isn’t over yet, though! This is the time to finish strong—whether it’s solidifying plans for 2025, launching those last big campaigns, or analyzing results to build an even better strategy for the new year. As we transition into the Christmas season, the spirit of giving, gratitude, and togetherness becomes even more evident. I’m reminded that success isn’t just about numbers; it’s about the relationships we cultivate and the lives we impact through our work. 🎁 Here’s to: ✔️ Closing out the year with purpose. ✔️ Supporting our clients to end their year on a high note. ✔️ Building momentum for an even brighter 2025! Merry Christmas and best wishes for a prosperous New Year! 🎁✨ It’s that time of year again—the season of goodwill, reflection, and connection. At Intrinsic, the phrase “goodwill to all” got us thinking. Compassion and kindness shouldn’t be seasonal; they’re values that can transform our lives and the lives of others every single day. As a team, we’re united by shared values of empathy and appreciation. This season, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our clients, partners, and colleagues for the trust and collaboration that made 2024 special. Thank you for being part of our journey. But let’s also take a moment to think beyond business. Whether it’s reaching out to someone in need, pausing to acknowledge the humanity in a LinkedIn message, or simply sharing a kind word, small acts of compassion can make a big difference. So, as we celebrate the festive season, let’s carry the spirit of goodwill into 2025. Let’s aim to see, hear, and support each other—not just at Christmas, but all year round. #christmas #Goodwilltoall #advantageinpartnership #weareintrinsic #clientfirst

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that Christmas is hands-down my favorite time of the year. There’s just something magical about it; the twinkling lights, the cozy vibes, the smell of cinnamon in the air, and the way the whole world seems to slow down, even if it’s just for a little while. It’s a season of joy, togetherness, and reflection, and for me, it’s the perfect time to hit pause and really take stock of everything the year has brought. Christmas isn’t just about the gifts or the parties (though let’s be honest, they’re fun too). It’s about people. It’s about gratitude. It’s about showing up for those who’ve been there for you, whether it’s your team at work, your family, or even the friends who always remind you to laugh when things get tough. As a leader, I love using this time of the year to celebrate the people who make everything possible. The little wins, the big milestones, and everything in between; this is when we take a step back and acknowledge the effort, the grit, and the heart that goes into it all. There’s no better feeling than letting someone know they’re appreciated, and Christmas gives us the perfect excuse to do just that. For me, Christmas is also about looking ahead. I love setting goals. It’s not about the pressure of a New Year’s resolution, it’s about dreaming big and knowing that the right people will be there to support you along the way. So as Christmas approaches, I hope you find moments of joy, connection, and reflection. Celebrate the people around you, laugh a little louder, and maybe even dream a little bigger for 2025. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones! May this season bring you all the magic you deserve and set the stage for an amazing year ahead. #ChristmasLove #Gratitude #Leadership #MerryChristmas

Compliments of the season. Did we all enjoy bonding with family, friends, and loved ones? Personally, yes. Lovely time spent, nostalgia. Visited places I thought shouldn’t exist anymore because of how long I thought it’s been. Loads and loads of reconnecting and catching up. A drink in hand, share hugs. Laughter and even more laughter, endless expressions of love. A new year is here. Like the mantra goes, “Up and Grateful!” (Cracks me every time.) But what is it going to be for you this month? ✅ Work? ✅ Checking in on roadmaps toward goals? ✅ More time to recuperate from the excess joy and time spent during the festive season? Let me know in the comments. Who knows? What you want could be what I need at the moment. #jobsuccess, #projectmanagement, #letstalkprojectmanagement.

🎄✨ The Day After Christmas✨🎄 The day after Christmas feels different than the day after Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving, many people enjoy Black Friday off, extending the holiday spirit a little longer. But with Christmas, it’s back to reality for most. Watching my family unwrap presents, form an assembly line for food, and rally together for the cleanup felt like more than just holiday fun. It was a reminder of the power of teamwork and the joy of coming together like a well-oiled machine. Every smile after a thoughtful gift was like recognition in the workplace. Every laugh during a chaotic moment proved the power of shared goals. Every helping hand showed how collaboration brings out the best in everyone. Christmas is more than a holiday. It's a case study of great organizational culture. So, as we wind down the holiday and gear up for the new year, here are a few takeaways to carry with us: 🔹 Recognition Matters: A small “thank you” can spark big motivation. Let’s make this a habit at work. 🔹 Teamwork Wins : Whether wrapping gifts or closing year-end projects, collaboration makes everything smoother. 🔹 Traditions Build Culture: Like family rituals, creating meaningful workplace traditions fosters belonging. Let’s make every day at work feel a little more like Christmas. Check out the highlight reel of my past Christmases below! What’s one tradition or memory that makes this season unique for you? Let’s share the joy! Share in the comments. #ChristmasSpirit #HolidayReflections #WorkplaceCulture #ThisChristmas #DPC

Embracing the True Spirit of Christmas in Business Hello LinkedIn Community, As the holiday season approaches, it’s easy for the hustle and bustle to overshadow the deeper meaning of Christmas. Often, we focus on the material aspects, but the true spirit of Christmas goes beyond physical gifts. This year, let’s reflect on the intangible gifts we can offer in our professional lives—kindness, compassion, and a genuine sense of community. Just as the story of the Magi teaches us about the value of giving, we can bring this spirit into our workplaces by being present for our colleagues and clients, and fostering an environment of support and gratitude. Key Actions to Embrace This Season: · Acts of Kindness: Small gestures can make a big difference. Whether it's a word of encouragement, a helping hand, or simply listening, let’s spread kindness in our professional circles. · Quality Time: Dedicate time to build meaningful connections with your team. Celebrate successes, support each other through challenges, and create a positive workplace culture. · Reflect and Rejoice: Take a moment to reflect on the blessings and challenges of the past year. Celebrate the progress and prepare for a new year with renewed energy and purpose. In this season of giving, let’s remember that the most valuable gifts are those that reflect the love and hope we carry in our hearts. May we all find joy and fulfillment in the true spirit of Christmas. Warm regards, Matthew Keith English #ChristmasSpirit #BusinessEthics #CorporateKindness #HolidaySeason #Leadership
