"BECAUSE I CAN" Is Simone Biles' answer when asked why she wanted to compete again in Paris. She'd already earned four gold medals. She left Paris with three more gold medals and became the most decorated women's gymnast in U.S. history. She's earned 11 career Olympic medals: 7 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze. What does this have to do with sales? A lot. To excel in sales, one needs drive, confidence, competitive acumen, wins, and recognition. But it doesn't end there. Like Simone, top sellers embrace teamwork, understand their competition, celebrate others' victories, and exude joy and authenticity. They build strong relationships, offer genuine praise, and take pride in their accomplishments. "BECAUSE I CAN" encapsulates the mindset of successful salespeople. What other qualities do you think are essential for sales success? Let's continue the conversation.

Consistency is key to sales success! 💼✨ As Jordan Belfort famously said, "Act as if you’re a wealthy man, rich already, and then you’ll surely become rich." It's all about unwavering confidence and daily drive. According to Tony Robbins, “repetition is the mother of skill.” Our daily habits shape our future, so let's consistently put in focused effort to sharpen our skills and reach our full potential. In sales, the small, routine actions like making calls, nurturing leads, and following up pave the way for remarkable outcomes. Dedication and consistency are what differentiate top performers. Let’s embrace consistency, take control, and watch our efforts turn into exceptional results. Remember, consistency isn’t just a task—it’s a way of life. Share your experiences of how staying consistent has impacted your success! 🚀💬 #SalesConsistency #SuccessThroughHabits #DailySalesGrind #WinningAttitude #BelfortWisdom #RobbinsPrinciples #ZigZiglar #SalesHustle #SalesMotivation #BuildYourSuccess

🌟 Celebrating Resilience and Perseverance! 🌟 As a proud member of the Kelly Enterprise Sales team, I am constantly inspired by stories of determination and success. Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible achievements of Simone Biles, who recently clinched yet another gold medal! 🥇 Simone's journey is a powerful reminder that success is not just about talent; it's about relentless perseverance, unwavering dedication, and the courage to keep going, even in the face of adversity. Her story resonates deeply with me as an enterprise sales representative. In sales, we often encounter challenges, setbacks, and obstacles that can test our resolve. It's during these moments that we need to channel our inner Simone Biles and remember that greatness is achieved by those who refuse to give up. Here are a few lessons I've taken from Simone's journey: Embrace the Grind: Just like Simone trains tirelessly to perfect her routines, we must put in the hard work to understand our clients' needs and deliver exceptional value. Overcome Adversity: Simone has faced numerous challenges, yet she always comes back stronger. In sales, resilience is key. We must learn from our setbacks and keep pushing forward. Stay Focused on the Goal: Simone’s eyes are always on the prize. As sales professionals, we need to stay focused on our goals, continually striving for excellence and client satisfaction. Let's take a moment to celebrate Simone Biles and use her incredible story as motivation to never give up on our own journeys. Together, we can achieve greatness! 🚀 #NeverGiveUp #Resilience #Sales #Inspiration #SimoneBiles #KellySales #TeamKelly

THE FINE LINE BETWEEN CONFIDENCE AND COCKINESS Confidence is a necessary ingredient for success. Without it, you’re likely to flounder. I say this as someone who went through a period , earlier in my career, following a business setback, where I was struggling with confidence in my own abilities. It’s important to have confidence in yourself and in the company or organization you represent. It’s imperative to hold your head up high… whether in sports, business, or just overall in life. But… the recipe for confidence is a little tricky… as you can easily overcook it. There’s a fine line between confidence and arrogance. Also… there are usually quickly diminishing returns when one starts to believe they’re unbeatable or that the same rules don’t apply to them. In the world of sales, cockiness and arrogance have a repelling effect. Prospective buyers can easily get turned off by arrogant sales professionals. Finding the right amount of confidence without tipping over into arrogance and cockiness must be especially difficult if you’re the very best in the world at your craft… Which is why I believe we just witnessed a masterclass from the USA Women’s Track and Field team. The confidence they exhibited (without the pre-event showboating) and the success they showed over the last few days of the Paris Olympics was sensational. I wish I could say the same about the US Men’s Track and Field Team. #Olympics #TrackandField #Sales #Confidence

Motivational Monday I came across this score card one of my best games. ⛳️🏌🏼♀️ comparing golf wins and work wins. Chasing scores on the golf course and in business. As we navigate the challenges of work and strive for success, I’m reminded of the similarities between our professional pursuits and round of golf. In both, the pursuit of excellence requires strategy, focus, and determination. Just like chasing that elusive low score on the golf course, each sales opportunity presents a chance to improve our score, closing deals, building relationships, and contributing to our team success. Let’s tee up each workday with the same enthusiasm we bring to the golf course. Approach challenges with a strategic mindset, learn from every swing, and celebrate the victories, no matter how small. Here’s to chasing not only birdies on the course but also successful sales in collaborative wins in the workplace. Keep swinging for the fences! @lingostaffing.com

🌟 The Olympic Opening Ceremony: A Masterclass in Sales 🌟 As we gear up for the excitement of the upcoming Olympic Opening Ceremony, I can’t help but draw parallels between the Olympics and the world of sales. 🏅 The Olympics are a testament to excellence, perseverance, and strategic execution—qualities that are equally vital in the sales profession. Here are a few lessons we can learn: 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒔 𝑲𝒆𝒚: Just as athletes spend years preparing for their moment, top sales professionals invest time in understanding their products, market trends, and customer needs. Success doesn't come overnight; it’s the result of consistent and dedicated effort. 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌: Behind every athlete is a team of coaches, mentors, and supporters. In sales, collaboration with colleagues, marketing teams, and customer support is essential to close deals and foster long-term relationships. 𝑨𝒅𝒂𝒑𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆:The Olympics often bring unexpected challenges, from weather conditions to last-minute changes. Similarly, sales professionals must be adaptable, ready to pivot strategies, and find creative solutions to meet client needs. 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑾𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒇𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑳𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔: Every medal won at the Olympics represents countless hours of hard work and determination. In sales, it’s important to celebrate our successes, no matter how small, and to learn from our setbacks to improve continuously. 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆: The passion and dedication we witness in Olympic athletes are truly inspiring. Bringing that same level of enthusiasm and commitment to our sales efforts can make a significant difference in our performance and results. As we watch the opening ceremony, let’s take a moment to appreciate the parallels between the world’s greatest sporting event and our own professional journeys. Here’s to aiming for gold in everything we do! 🥇 #Olympics #Sales #Teamwork #Excellence #Perseverance #ProfessionalDevelopment #SalesSuccess

It’s common practice to recognize the top salesperson in a regional meeting, but it’s important to note that not everyone likes to be in the spotlight. Take note of coworkers who are uncomfortable being singled out or praised in front of a group. It’s important to know your people and to boost them in a way that’s positive for them.

One of the high-ticket closers I lead for a Latin American real estate offer made 10K+ in commissions last week. She's a legend from a very humble background in Colombia. Hyper coachable and with a hunger that most closers in "first world countries" either don't have or lost along the way. Her goal is to buy a house for her kids. Nothing will stop her. You won't see her bragging about anything. Pure empathy, hard work, and gratitude. It's humbling to work with people like these. What have you found differentiates top performers in your sales teams? How do you cultivate and lead this kind of talent?

🥛 🍊 🍏 🍍 🍎 🍒 🍓 This was a fantastic pitch to be a part of, and to quote my own quote from the article: "To help create a relationship between two teams, that will result in amazing work for one of the country’s favourite brands is truly exciting. The Britvic plc Robinsons team and all the agencies in the process have been a pleasure to work with and I wish them every success.” Three points to add are: 🥇 The calibre of the agency teams involved was next level ❤️ The passion the agencies demonstrated was also next level. Brands close to people's hearts really do evoke a positive reaction ⚡ . ⛱ Even though this process was run over the summer, we worked together with the Robinsons team to do everything possible to keep it considerate and give time where needed and were understanding about people being on holiday. I hope the Agencies all agree. Our ambition with pitch processes is to make them as rigorous, considerate and fair as possible, enabling agencies to be their best for the Client team. I believe we demonstrated that with this pitch and have helped create a rock-solid first step of the relationship for Robinsons and Lucky Generals, with Vickie Ridley '...eager to drink in the brilliant opportunity'! Here's to a long relationship, and quoting Britvic plc's inspiring Munnawar Chishty from the article: "I can’t wait to see how they shape the evolution of this iconic brand."
