I'm starting to like the Project bas-relief tool more in ZBrush. It doesn't create an instantly perfect bas-relief and makes some weird carved like edges randomly but if you've already digitally sculpted bas-reliefs before and know how they are supposed to look then it doesn't really take a whole lot of work to adjust them correctly. What it lacks in creating a perfect bas-relief it makes up for in saving time and allowing for quick adjustments(things like changing the pose of a sculpted character, or adding or subtracting elements to it or an entire bas-relief scene). #zbrush #maxon #digitalsculpting
