All sales-related contracts, ensuring that they are prepared, negotiated, executed, and managed in alignment with company policies and legal standards. This role requires a strong understanding of paid services sales processes and the ability to work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth contract execution and compliance. Responsibilities: 1. Meeting Top and Bottom line for Paid Services Business – o Meet business objectives of Sales and Gross Margins o Ensure a healthy pipeline of enquiries to meet targets o Explore new segments / customers for business expansion o Serve as the primary point of contact for AMC , retrofitters, spares sales related inquiries. o Communicate contract terms, conditions, and updates to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders. 2. Customer Delight and Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business o Understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions o Promptly respond to the needs of their tendering offers or site issues o Ensure customer satisfaction score of min. 9.5 rating across all services provided. 3. Contract Preparation and Negotiation: o Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with company business objectives. o Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop contracts that meet those needs while protecting the company's interests. o Coordinate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to finalize contract terms. 4. Contract Administration: o Maintain an organized repository of all sales contracts and related documentation. o Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. o Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner. 5. Risk Management: o Identify potential risks in sales contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them. o Ensure all contractual obligations are met to minimize the risk of disputes and legal issues.
