Why? Because consulting isn't just about solving problems—it’s about selling those solutions through flawless storytelling. This “role” isn’t in the job description, but it’s critical. Consulting isn’t just about finding the right answers—it’s about communicating them in a way that inspires action. And that requires some serious editorial chops! 1. Crafting a Narrative: Data doesn’t speak for itself. Someone needs to connect the dots, turning numbers and insights into a story that makes sense—and makes an impact. 2. Smooth Transitions: Nothing derails a good report like clunky section breaks. Senior consultants ensure every transition is seamless, so the reader doesn’t get lost between “Problem Statement” and “Recommendations.” 3. Including Diverse Perspectives: Whether it’s financiers, entrepreneurs, policymakers, or beneficiaries, good consulting documents reflect the viewpoints of all stakeholders, not just the author’s. 4.
