The famous content creator Shrinidhi Hande shares a simple yet effective way to save on income tax that's both hilarious and practical! 😂 According to Hande, all you need to do is grow grass in your home, balcony, or terrace. By informing your HR that you no longer want a salary but rather have them purchase grass from you equal to your salary amount, you can legally avoid paying income tax. This unique approach shifts your income from salary to selling agricultural produce, which is not taxable in India. By following this advice, you can potentially save 100% on income tax without the hassle of dealing with TDS or making additional investments. An innovative and legal way to manage your finances! #incometax #compensation

The problem with taxation in India💲 Most people don't mind paying taxes. The real concern lies in how that tax money is utilized and what value they receive in return. Think about it: people are effectively giving up a third of their hard-earned income—essentially a third of their life’s work—to taxes. The question is, for what? Is the infrastructure better? Is healthcare accessible? Are education and opportunities improving for everyone? A judicial system that actually protects them? If people could see tangible, meaningful benefits in return, would taxes feel like an investment rather than a burden? What are your thoughts on this? Let's discuss. #tax #imcometax

Income Tax Return: Always the Talk of the Town in #July! Avoid the Panic—Master the Magic of Filing Your Taxes with Ease! - Part 1 Imagine if every one of my clients decides to come on July 20th, assuming I will file their returns last. What if everyone thinks the same way? It's important to remember that in the last two to three years, the government has not extended the due date even by a single day. Previously, people might have assumed that the due date would inevitably be extended, but that's no longer the case. I urge each of you to plan your tax return filing well in advance. If the due date is July 31st, aim to have your return filed at least 15 days earlier. Reverse calculate to determine how early you should have your data ready. Avoid last-minute stress to ensure a smooth process and prevent disruptions to your business. Let's get ahead of this together! #itr #duedate #incometax #31stjuly #individual #return #taxplan #taxpayer #taxpayment #planearly #planning #msme #startup #womeninbusiness #india #indianeconomy #growth

When we talk about India's tax payer base, I find the numbers are often misleading. Take for eg., FY 22-23 where 2.24 crore people paid income tax, multiplying this by an average family size of 4 suggests over 9 crore individuals are directly impacted by income tax regulations. And when we consider the 7.5 crore tax filers with zero liability, the number swells to an estimated 30 crore people. So tax regulations impact a whopping 40 Cr Indians & it's time to redefine 'taxpayer' and acknowledge the broader impact of our tax system. #taxation #economy #india #finance #taxreform
