Seems to be a lot of job seekers out there that feel that when it comes to their job search tools, “good enough” will BE enough to get the job done for them. Consequently, it is likely these are the same job seekers we see on the platform looking for additional exposure to help end a months-long job search that seems to be going nowhere fast. Look, straight talk? As a job seeker, you are looking to beat out a couple of hundred other applicants to capture the attention and interest of someone who is only going to spend 7 seconds looking at the only representation of you in the room to determine if you are where they call. And “good enough” AIN’T enough in that scenario. You are trying to impress at somewhere around the 94th percentile to get into that interview chair.
