Finalized the most incredible IE University Germany 🇩🇪 tour this week, where I led “Elevate Your Career” masterclasses in Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Munich. I also had the privilege of moderating an IE Global Alumni Relations panel with two exceptional HR leaders, Daniela Mertens and Isabell Häberle. Throughout the week, I was fortunate to build countless new professional connections and reconnect with many familiar faces. Stories like that of Cristina Antoja Xirau come to mind - we first connected over seven years ago in Johannesburg, South Africa 🇿🇦, when IE Business School co-hosted a Women’s Day event with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in South Africa. Special thanks to Sabine Pivoz for the invitation - always a pleasure to work with you on these meaningful initiatives for the IE community - and to the outstanding team of Michalina Madra, Christoff Kotzé, Patricia Fierros Granda and Patricia Valor Muiños.
