Why is the #Auto🚗 industry so interested in #eVTOLs?✈️ or #electric #airTaxi It is fascinating to observe how major #automobile manufacturers are collaborating with #startups developing eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) vehicles. For instance, Toyota Motor Corporation’s partnership with Joby Aviation (USD390 million investment), a company in my opinion with one of the most advanced products in this field. The question could be what are these large manufacturers seeing in this new industry, which of course has a high risk? just look at what has recently happened with Lilium (an amazing startup with a 💡disruptive technology). Below is a list of these alliances🤝: Toyota with Joby Aviation Stellantis with Archer Porsche AG with Eve Air Mobility(Embraer)  Daimler and Geely with Volocopter Hyundai with Supernal Denso with Lilium (despite its recent announcement of bankruptcy) #greenMobility

Almost two years ago, Toyota Material Handling Europe launched a competition for all employees, regardless of nationality and occupation, aimed at supporting a sustainable lifestyle (physical and psycological wellbeing as well as environment friendliness). After 1,5 years of collecting points every single day in different dimensions, I was one of the lucky winners, and a few weeks ago I got the opportunity to collect the prize: a trip to watch Paralympics right at the sidelines in Paris. To me, this embodies what kind of company and employer Toyota is, as well as how the core values are not just posters on the wall. - The competition was not a sprint, it was 1,5 years, which is natural for a company that always looks long-term. - Everyone could participate and have the same chance of winning, which is obvious for a company that sees every employee as an important asset. These are two of the key factors to why Toyota should be your first choice as employer, partner or supplier. This is what creates values that are difficult to break down in a spreadsheet, but so apparent in a long term relationship. I am so proud and grateful to work for an employer like Toyota Material Handling Sweden.

I have been working in the Automotive industry for quite some time... Japanese companies like Toyota, Nissan and Honda... They are sitting in Malaysia and slowly implementing those old cars which have been promoting and selling in Japan or other countries... It really is their comfort zone and still promoting the same old stuff over a few years... But time had changed, a lot of China vehicles have been introduced to Malaysia especially EV cars like GWM, Chery, BYD and a lot more have really changed the game in the automotive industries.... China slowly dominated the car industry by giving lower cost and more value compared to Japanese vehicles... There are some criticisms of the quality and the sustainability of the vehicles for China cars which make Malaysians still wanted a Japanese car... Which vehicle do you prefer a Japanese car or China car?
