So you have to show up every single day. And that question that you asked there, how do you show up on days when you don't really have it? We actually have a whole framework for that. It's called the third day. So This is why I said this sounds like a setup question, but it wasn't. He just asked. All right, So the third day is that day when you realize that the thing that you signed up for is not one big party, alright? You don't physically feel good. You don't mentally feel good. You didn't sleep well the previous night. It's hot outside, it's cold outside, it's raining. You don't feel like dealing with whatever it is that you have to do. But as a professional, you are obligated to show up and deliver. And what the third day is about is the decision that you make is not about the occurrence itself, because the occurrence happens to everybody.

How we see ourselves is never the same as how other people see us. I think it's one of the hardest things about entrepreneurship. When you work alone, you're now often the only voice for you to listen to. There's a nuance between leaning into customer feedback and using it to innovate your product or service... And then learning to see the great things about yourself that we don't always naturally see.
