Hiring BSNs for RN roles might raise questions about pay/ resources spending, while using RNs for BSN positions could lead to competency issues. Some RNs pass license & land jobs quickly at big hospitals right after school, while some BSNs face challenges despite the demand for qualified nurses. Hired candidate should encompass KSA criterias as much as possible: knowledge, education, skills, national certification, relevant experience, and the ability to perform required tasks for a job.
