2 Things My Student Did to Win A $12,000 Scholarship... Becky's daughter won the very first scholarship that she ever applied to (photo below). This was no accident. Becky's daughter implemented exactly what I teach my students in my scholarship coaching program that's helped families win over $2.6 million in awards to date. Using the 2 steps below, she catapulted herself to a $12,000 award on her very first application. Here's how: 1️⃣ As you can see in her email below, Becky's daughter used the same essay for multiple scholarship applications. This is so important. Why? You don't have to be writing 50 different essays to win a scholarship. I actually won over $160,000 in scholarships myself by reusing the same few essays I wrote in the beginning. So, when you use one essay and you make sure that it's really, really good, you can repurpose and submit for tons of other opportunities. This is where your scholarship winnings really skyrocket, and is one of the main strategies of consistent scholarship winners. 2️⃣ The second thing that she did is she followed in the footsteps of other scholarship winners. When I was first applying for scholarships, I didn't know what I was doing. So my mom and I struggled for quite a while until we actually figured out strategies and a formula that worked. What Becky and her daughter did instead is say to themselves, "You know what? We're going to talk to scholarship winners. We're going to get help and advice and then do what they did." So they joined my Get Paid to Go to College program, which teaches my streamlined scholarship strategies so students can LEARN to become scholarship winners.
