Take a look at how Four Seasons were able to take back control of their entire flexible workforce. Like many organisations, there was a desire to dramatically reduce the amount of agency shifts used for a variety of reasons. But without fully understanding what shifts are used until weeks after the event and why, the quote 'if you can't measure it, you can't improve it' kind of makes sense. By implementing Florence and creating a more cost effective and transparent workflow, Four Seasons are now able to see improvements by simply measuring their flexible workforce. This video excellently explains how social determinants of health impact health outcomes. It highlights disparities where some communities have better access to essential resources such as quality schools, food, and jobs, which support overall health. In contrast, other communities lack adequate education, employment opportunities, and nutritious food, affecting their health negatively. Programs aimed at improving access to resources can significantly benefit communities in need. Everyone deserves to live in a safe neighborhood, receive a proper education, and have access to healthy food. Let's work together to ensure equitable access for all and create healthier communities!

8moWe are set to expand those Oregonians eligible to receive healthcare under the Oregon Health Plan in July of this year. However, unless reimbursement for healthcare providers is increased at least to say somewhere between the current OHP fees and that of commercial health insurer fees there will simply not be the needed providers.
