After completing the short course in 'Developing Strength & Power' and impressed with the content and knowledge gained from the course. I was more than happy to sign up for La Trobe University new short course in 'Assessing Strength & Power'. For me it showed variations which can be used when monitoring players strength and power in-season. Along with the importance of why we should always bring it back to the simple questions when deciding on testing protocols. Are you testing what you intend to measure? Does your test have the ability to detect a true change in performance with respect to the noise of a test?
