👉 Revive Your Coworking Space with a Simple Email Newsletter If you struggle to keep your coworking space buzzing, the answer is not more work; it's less work. One of the most valuable things you have is a weekly email newsletter. But everyone overthinks it in their weekly email newsletter. You can email hundreds or even thousands of people every week. In that case, those people have opted in and are already in your community. And if you repeat this process, just like going to the gym, the more often you go, the easier it gets. So you have to send four easy pieces of information. - What happened? - What is gonna happen? - An event. - Something about a member. And that's it, with a few lines about each thing because you're not producing the next great American novel; you're sending a little note to people. If you can put it on the bulletin board in your coworking space, you can certainly include it in the weekly email newsletter. It works like this: Find those four things this week and then look for them again next week. Big thank you to Coworking Whistler for the shout-out. Congratulations on all the success. "After a couple years being in business running Coworking Whistler on a shoe-string budget we finally decided to put proper investment into a software + platform to help us better manage all bookings from daily, weekly or monthly members. We looked at a bunch of different options and settled on Proximity Space - 2 months in now I regret we didn't do this earlier. We've had way more people sign up short term now they can book online without talking to a human - we're probably 200% more in this type of revenue vs. the same month last year with our old "Quickbooks Invoice people and wait" setup... We're now fully shifted to all our invoices going through their platform vs. manually through Quickbooks for our permanent members and it all integrates with QB, Stripe, and Zapier for other stuff. Since we host events regularly it's been awesome to have that all done through the same CRM/platform instead of some random event website - photo of our last event we hosted below for some more reach haha If you're on the fence about costs around a new member management platform - I get it... but I don't regret it now for a second and wish we did it earlier. Whatever solution you find best I'd highly recommend making the move... I definitely recommend Proximity from our experience so far." https://lnkd.in/g-KAmXMx
