Do you know what this system is? This is the utility cabinet that house the control panel to turn on/off your kitchen hood and make up air. The tanks on the right are you fire suppression tanks that contain a liquid that will be released when there is a fire detected. Once you press the red fire suppression button (found close to your hood) there will be a release of fire extinguisher liquid from these tanks to kill the fire and protect your business.
