The Two Big Reasons I Chose This Life 🌟 I get asked all the time, "Why don't you just get a 'real' job?" or "Why go through the struggle of running your own business? Wouldn't it be easier to get a job and put the kids in daycare?" 🤔 Well, sure—it might be easier… if that was the kind of life I wanted. But it's not. The idea of rushing my kids out of bed, forcing breakfast down, yelling because we're late, getting stuck in traffic, and then dropping them off with someone else to raise... crushes my soul. 😩 I didn’t have kids to miss out on their ‘firsts’ or to spend my days under harsh fluorescent lights in a characterless office, working to make someone else’s dreams come true. And don't even get me started on office politics. I'm simply not nice enough for that environment 😅 And then there’s the evening rush: picking them up, feeding them, bathing them, and putting them to bed. Two hours a day with my kids? No, thanks. I didn’t have children to barely see them (although some days I question my choices 😅). Every day, I choose a different path. 🚀 Now, there's nothing wrong with choosing that lifestyle if it aligns with your values. We’re all different, and that’s what makes us unique. 💪 But for me, I chose to build my own business for one simple reason: freedom of choice. Freedom to choose: - How I spend my time ⏰ - Who I spend my time with ❤️ - How I show up as a role model to my kids 👩👧👦 - What I can leave for them when I’m gone 🌍 - How I impact the world 🌟 - How I share my gifts with others 🎁 At the end of the day, it’s about living life on my own terms—and showing my kids that they can too.
